Delivery
We aim to despatched all UK goods within 2 - 5 working days of acceptance of your order. However you should allow upto 10 days for delivery to avoid disappointment. If there should be any delays in this process we will keep you informed.
The charge for postage and packing is as follows but is subject to varation which we will notify you prior to acceptance of your order:
To the UK, Eire & Channel Islands £4.95
To Europe £9.95
To rest of the world £14.95
If you need your items urgently we can send them on a nextday service within the UK (subject to availability) at a cost of £7.95. We suggest you email us on info@mumpsmaternity.co.uk before 1.00pm to place an order for a special delivery.
Availability
Our website and sales staff should be able to give you accurate information on our stock levels. If something is out of stock, we will always give to the best information we can on delivery dates. In the unlikely event that the goods are unavailable, we will send you notification by telephone or e-mail.
Returns
We hope you will be pleased with your items but if you are not you can return any of the goods upto 14 days after purchase provided they are unworn and in the orginal packaging.
All goods are returned to Mumps Maternity at your own expense. We recommend using Recorded Delivery to obtain proof of postage as we do not accept responsibility for items which do not reach us. You can also return items by bring them back to our store.
This returns policy do not effect your statutory rights.

All sizes and measurements are approximated.
